LOVE this tool!!! It helps me make the best shoe-string vegetables. The results are "professional". This is so very easy to use and clean, that one forgets one is "working" in the kitchen!!! I love this tool so much, I have purchased it as a gift for other cooking enthusiasts!

The blade is extremely sharp and glides over the vegetable with ease, removing the perfect amount of peel. Try it on a mango - youll be amazed at how perfectly it peels off the skin without wasting any of the flesh of the fruit. Ive also used it to peel carrots, broccoli, zucchini, apples, butternut squash, all with success.
